The USDA Farm Service Agency is relaxing loan deadlines due to the effects of the coronavirus. FSA Administrator Richard Fordyce says his agency is being flexible in helping producers deal with the COVID 19 pandemic.

He says if borrowers have any questions about those deadlines or requirements to check with their local FSA service center.

Fordyce says because the rules can change quickly depending on what happens with the pandemic it’s important to stay connected with your county FSA personnelle for any advice.

Fordyce says they have a number of loans and other programs available at FSA and are willing and able to work with their farmer customers to give them the quickest and most efficient service available.
