Farm Rescue Receives Grant

Farm Rescue has just received a $95,000 grant from the Engelstad Family Foundation. This non-profit group provides planting, haying and harvesting help to farm and ranch families facing a tragedy. Farm Rescue Development Director David Smith says this funding will be used for haying equipment and a truck.

He says they’ve had more interest lately from families needing help with haying and baling operations.

Smith says they’ll be taking applications soon for planting assistance and those interested can call them or go to their web site.

Either go to farmrescue.org or call them at 701-252-2017.
