EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy wants a good discussion about their proposed carbon emissions rule. She says states should be talking to private investors about how to use the rules to fuel economic growth and job creation in addition to cutting emissions. Iowa Farm Bureau President Craig Hill urges caution with this proposal.
Hill says costs come with this EPA proposal that will cause economic problems.
EPA has already received 48,000 comments on their proposed carbon emissions rule and Hill advises farmers and ranchers to make their views known on the issue.
