Farm Bureau Maps EPA’s Authority

Maps released by the American Farm Bureau show how the Environmental Protection Agency will radically expand its jurisdiction under the Waters of the U.S. rule, if it goes into effect August 28th. Minnesota Farm Bureau President, Kevin Paap says the rule is not only an overreach and an example of duplicative regulations.

South Dakota Farm Bureau President, Scott Vanderwal says the maps illustrate the regulatory overreach by the EPA.

Vanderwal says Farm Bureau has shared these maps with members of Congress.

A map of Pennsylvania alone shows 99 percent of the state’s total acreage subject to EPA’s regulation.
