North Dakota Farm Bureau President Doyle Johannes says while he’s disappointed Judy Estenson didn’t receive the Republican Nomination for State Ag Commissioner knew it was an uphill battle to replace an incumbent.

Johannes says while Farm Bureau backed Estenson in the primary, they haven’t  decided yet whether or not to support anyone for Ag Commissioner in the general election. He says that decision will likely happen this fall when their 11 member Political Action Committee meets.

Johannes says their PAC board will get together this fall to review the candidates.
