The South Dakota State Fair’s Capital Campaign working to raise money for building of a new 4H exhibit hall is now a little over half way to its goal. State Fair Manager Jerome Hertel says First National Bank has now given $50,000 for the Nordby Exhibit Hall.
Hertel says they’re hoping to have everything in place to be able to open in time for the 2015 South Dakota State Fair.
Hertel says the reason for their success with donations so far is attributed to the desire to support 4H and the young people in the state who will be the leaders of tomorrow. To donate or for more information just go to the State Fair Foundation’s web site.
