South Dakota legislators will have to make some budget adjustments before they wrap up the 2017 session in a couple of weeks. Revenue projections for this year’s budget are down about twenty-five million dollars, while next years is down about twenty-eight million.
Joy Smolnisky, Executive Director of the South Dakota Budget & Policy Project, says there are dollars available to lawmakers if they want to use them….
