South Dakota got about one point two billion dollars in pandemic related aid from Congress and is having a hard time spending it all.

Noem says the costs of the pandemic will continue well into next year…..

The legislature set aside about four hundred million dollars for grants to businesses and health care providers. Noem says those dollars have also not been used up…Ex

State officials said that many of the applicants have not filed their follow up information to get the grants.
