Looks like many of us will start next week with a fresh layer of snow.
Andrew Kalin at the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls says a moderate band of snow is expected from southwest through northeast South Dakota……
Kalin says some areas could see some heavy snow….

Kalin says while some freezing precipitation could precede the snow, it should be light, and centered in northwest Iowa.
