Planning continues for the development of an ethanol plant at Napa Junction northwest of Yankton.

Dakota Plains C.E.O. Matt Winsand says they expect conditions to improve in the ethanol business…

To operate the ethanol plant a supply of natural gas is needed.
Winsand says the plant and pipeline need to be built at the same time…..

Winsand says they are looking at a long time line…

A feed pellet plant is also under construction at Napa Junction.
