American Coalition for Ethanol leaders say the Environmental Protection Agency has taken the Renewable Fuel Standard away from its initial purpose. Executive Vice President, Brian Jennings says the changes to the RFS effect the future of the Clean Power Plan.

Jennings says because the EPA has failed to hold oil companies accountable, they could have a difficult time holding power companies accountable.

Jennings says if President Obama wants to make sure new Clean Power requirements are met, he needs to make sure the EPA enforces Clean Air Act regulations under the RFS.
