Thursday in Kansas City, the Environmental Protection Agency held a hearing to take testimony on their proposed 2017 RFS volume levels for ethanol and 2018 volumes for biomass based diesel. Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts testified in his capacity as Vice Chairman of the Governor’s Biofuels Coalition. He urged the agency to increase the volumes to the statutory levels set by Congress.
