A bill that did not pass in this year’s Nebraska legislative session is an issue in the District 40 Senate race.
Senator Tyson Larson of O’Neill sponsored LB1058, which would tie Nebraska’s five electoral votes to those of other states in a similar vote compact, in an effort to extend the influence of small states.
