Election Day tomorrow is also the final frenetic day of campaigning for most candidates, and their supporters have to follow some rules around polling places.
South Dakota Secretary of State Jason Gant says there are rules about electioneering.
Gant says many polling places will have watchers from the political parties, but all they can do is watch.
This will be the final election for Gant, who chose not to run for re-election. He says he enjoys the process.
Gant says there will be about seven hundred polling places open around the state tomorrow. The polls are open seven AM to seven PM local time.
