It looks like El Nino will be making another appearance in the Pacific Ocean, the question is when?

Dennis Todey, head of the Midwest Climate Hub in Ames Iowa says it looks likely later this year…..

Todey says it would be a rare repeat of the ocean warming event….

Todey says if El Nino comes back as expected, it would have an impact on next winters weather….
