The Executive Board of the South Dakota Legislature has decided to have another summer study of education in the state. The difference this year is that the study will be done by the legislatures Planning Committee.

Senator Billie Sutton of Burke is a member of that committee, and says while many studies of education have been done, not many of the ideas have been followed…
