A new study conducted by the University of Nebraska – Kearney shows the expansion of Medicaid would boost the state’s economy.  Creighton University Economist Ernie Goss agrees it will create economic activity in the medical sector but there are other issues to address.

Goss says if federal money doesn’t come through the state could suffer.

Goss says the expansion would benefit the state but for the most part it would be limited to the medical sector.
