Eastern Farmers Cooperative employees are participating in the third annual CHS harvest for hunger food campaign. Starting March 1 and running till March 20, the CO-Ops will be working to raise more than two million meals for regional food banks. CHS will also match a percentage of the donations.  Eastern Farmers Luke Gorecki says they’re holding the drive in South Dakota and Minnesota.

Gorecki says to help kick off their food and fund drive, they’ll be working with several area Pizza ranches on Monday February 24.

He says any grain, food or money donations may be dropped off at any Eastern Farmers Cooperative or CHS location up until March 20
