Nebraska Secretary of State John Gale says those who want to vote early by mail for the Primary Election need to request a ballot now.

Gale says mailing out the ballots to voters begins today.
In-person, early voting begins at county election offices beginning next week.
Gale says whether by mail or in-person, about 25-percent vote early.

Gale says May 4th is the last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot.
Those are due to your county election office before the polls close on Primary Election night.
