The Minnesota Twins could see a familiar face come out of the Kansas City Royals bullpen this season.
Lefthander Brian Duensing has signed a minor league contract with the World Series champs. Duensing spent seven seasons in a Twins uniform.
The Royals also inked veteran pitcher Ross Ohlendorf who has pitched for five teams and infielder Clint Barmes who had eight years in Colorado.
Kansas City made other news Thursday by rewarding general manager Dayton Moore and manager Ned Yost with new contracts.
