Domestic violence is in the spotlight again in the wake of recent accusations against former White House staff secretary Rob Porter. Liz Richards with the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women (MCBW) says incidents of domestic abuse are under-reported, victims are often afraid they won’t be believed
