The House and Senate Redistricting Committees of the South Dakota legislature will meet again later this month to continue the process of drawing new legislative district maps.

A special session is scheduled for November 8th to approve the new map. Bolin says they will have one ready by then….

Public hearings will be held around the state early next month before the final maps are produced.
