More candidates are filing to run for the soon to be open District 40 seat in the Nebraska legislature.

Also running for the nomination are Robert Johnston of Clearwater, Barry DeKay of Niobrara and Keith Kube of Crofton. Two candidates will advance from the May 10th primary to the general election in November.
