The director of Creighton University’s Career Center says finding a job has never been easier in the digital age, but strategies used by job seekers and employers in the hiring process have changed dramatically. For starters, Jeremy Fisher says they advise students to take a close look at their own digital footprint.
Fisher says while students may have done in-person interviews before, they may need to brush up on their skills for online interaction.
Fisher suggests students become familiar with using the Artificial Intelligence software called “Handshake” to link prospective employees with employers who are hiring.
