Development Moving at Napa Junction

The finances are being put in place for the first phase of a possible industrial rail park at the Napa junction in western Yankton County.
The County Commission agreed to a six million dollar loan from the state Department of Transportation for improvements to a county road to the junction.
Yankton Area Progressive Growth President John Kramer says they are going to pay for an extensive market study of the site…………
