Ravnsborg was on his way back to Pierre from a Lincoln Day dinner in Redfield when he hit and killed 55-year-old Joe Boever (beaver). His body was found in the ditch Sunday morning when Ravnsborg and his Chief of Staff returned a car to Highmore.
