Health care is a top issue as committees at the Minnesota Legislature start examining Governor Mark Dayton’s state budget proposal.  Rochester Representative, Democrat Tina Liebling argued uncertainty in Washington D-C is a good reason to offer MinnesotaCare as a option to people purchasing health insurance in the individual market

 

Dayton administration officials say allowing more people into the MinnesotaCare “purchasing pool” will reduce health insurance premiums for everyone.
