Cleanup continues for residents of Delmont, South Dakota after a May tornado left 50 homes and buildings damaged or completely destroyed. Tina Titze, Director of the state Office of Emergency Management, says there have been many non-profit and faith-based volunteer agencies, along with individual volunteers step up to help the small town.
Titze says there is a still a long way to go, which is why a long-term committee is being created.
She says anyone wishing to still volunteer may still do so, and their abilities and skills will be matched with a position that will best serve the town and its residents in their effort to recover.
