A bill was introduced in the South Dakota legislature this week that would delay implementation of medicinal marijuana authorized by the passage of “IM26” for at least a year.

“A”, which was struck down by a circuit judge this week….

Noem said she would veto any legislation that attempts to legalize recreational marijuana as a substitute for the Amendment.
