Dakota Plains new grain loading facility at Napa Junction, northwest of Yankton, was dedicated today.

The grain loading facility was built at the junction of the Burlington Northern – Santa Fe and state rail lines.

Winsand says there were some difficult times in getting the project started and built…..

Final construction is continuing, but the facility has been taking grain since spring.
