Debate on Obamacare Continues in Budget Resolution

As part of the appropriations process, republicans in the US House plan to write the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare out of their budget resolution.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says in connection with that, they are working on a replacement.

Noem says their proposal will include some features of the ACA.

Noem says the looming Supreme Court decision on health care exchanges will have an effect on their bill.

Noem says about fourteen thousand people in South Dakota have their insurance coverage through the federal exchange. South Dakota is one of the states that did not set up its own health insurance exchange.
