Dayton Says No Talks with Republicans About Lawsuit

Dayton Says No Talks with Republicans About Lawsuit

Governor Mark Dayton is taking the same stance House Speaker Kurt Daudt did earlier this week: *no* talks to try to reach an out-of-court settlement with Republicans on their lawsuit challenging Dayton’s vetoes of funding for the legislature.  A ruling from a district judge is expected soon, and Dayton says he’ll appeal if it’s not in his favor, just as he understands Republicans would also

Dayton says there “really isn’t any more conversation to be had until the court matters proceed further.”
