A new year brings the first farm show of the season. The Dakota Farm Show kicks off at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion tomorrow. Show Manager Penny Swank says they are excited to welcome back a full list of exhibitors as many are back after taking a year off due to COVID.
The Dakota Farm Show is traditionally where many companies unveil new technology and products for the new year.
There will also be a full slate of educational seminars for farmers to attend.
She says with the strong commodity prices the mood has been positive among farmers and vendors at the December farm shows they’ve held and they are anticipating good attendance this week. The Dakota Farm Show runs from 9 to 5 on Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 to 4 on Thursday with the Northland Ford/WNAX giveaway Thursday at 1 pm.
