Iowa State and Nebraska both dropped from the Associated Press Top 25 football poll this week while Iowa gained one spot.

The Cyclones went from a tie for #25 to getting the most votes of those not in the top 25 while being idle over the weekend.

The Huskers’ overtime loss at Colorado cost them a spot in the rankings.

Iowa moved up from #20 to #19 after defeating Rutgers in their Big Ten opener.

Oklahoma posted 70 points against South Dakota, but the Sooners lost one spot from fourth to fifth in the latest rankings.

Clemson, Alabama and Georgia remained 1 thru 3 with Louisiana State moving up to fourth.
