The South Dakota men’s golf team tallied its best round of the Summit League Championship on Tuesday to place third with 909 strokes.
Sophomore Scott Fudenberg led the Coyotes with a third-place finish at 4-over-par.
North Dakota State earned its first team championship with a three-round 893. The Bison fired 285 strokes on Tuesday to pull away from Denver by two shots.
The Coyotes shot 297 strokes to maintain their third-place standing in the final round.
South Dakota State finished eighth.
