Coyotes, Jacks Players Honored

Three players each from South Dakota and South Dakota State were named to the Summit League women’s all conference tennis team.

South Dakota tennis players junior Yuliya Sidenko, freshman Ellie Burns and classmate Elise van Zijst were three of 12 players selected.

South Dakota State University players Tacy Haws-Lay, Beatriz Souza and Morgan Brower earned All-Summit League honors

The Summit tournament opens Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Koch Family Tennis Center in Omaha when the No. 3-seeded Jackrabbits face. No. 2-seed South Dakota.
