.South Dakota captured six event titles on the final day of the Summit League Outdoor Track & Field Championships at the Lillibridge Track Complex.

The Coyotes finished runner-up to North Dakota State in both the men’s and women’s team races. South Dakota totaled 213.50 points in the women’s race and 196 points in the men’s race.

South Dakota freshman Joe Reagan was voted the Newcomer of the Championship by the league coaches.

Jazzelena Black won the triple jump as the South Dakota State University women’s track and field team closed out the Summit League Outdoor Championships on Saturday with a third-place finish.

Alejandro Sanchez and Joel Reichow each won individual titles during the final day of competition at the Summit League Outdoor Track and Field Championships. As a team, the South Dakota State men’s team recorded a third-place finish.
