The University of South Dakota has earned another feather in its cap in track and field.

South Dakota’s Megan Glisar finished fourth in the high jump with a height of 6 feet, 0½ inches while the South Dakota women’s track and field team placed in a tie for 10th in the team standings at the NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships on Saturday at the Albuquerque Convention Center.

Glisar placed fourth on attempts after being one of five athletes to not clear 6-1½. She missed on her first two attempts at 5-11¼. Glisar’s finish rounded out a weekend that saw pole vaulters Emily Grove and Bethany Firsick place second and fourth respectively on Friday night. All three gained All-American status.
