.South Dakota head football coach Bob Nielson has announced the signing of 24 student-athletes to a National Letter of Intent.

In addition, Nielson announced that seven other high school standouts have accepted an offer of admissions to the University of South Dakota and plan to join the Coyote football program in the fall.

The class includes players from 12 states including South Dakota (5), Nebraska (4), Minnesota (4), California (4), Florida (3), Illinois (3), Iowa (2), Wisconsin (2), Kansas (1), Missouri (1), Colorado (1) and Oklahoma (1). The list includes 16 offensive players and 15 defensive players.
