Yankton Doctor Mike Pietila has been treating Covid patients since the pandemic started last year and says another peak is coming….

Pietila, who heads the ICU at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, says they has some bad weeks last fall…

Overall infections in the state have trended up about five to ten percent a week for the last month or so.
