The level of Lewis & Clark Lake behind Gavins Point Dam is not dropping as fast as the Corps of Engineers had planned so they are adjusting.

Kevin Grody is with the Missouri River Water Management Office in Omaha…

The pool had risen to a record of over 1212 feet. The normal level is about 1207 feet.

Grody says they are re-evaluating that…

Gavins Point releases were at forty-three thousand cubic feet per second. The goal is to reduce those to twenty thousand cubic feet per second in the next few days.
