The Corps of Engineers say they have moved all the excess water out of the Missouri River reservoirs to prepare for this year’s run off.
During the monthly update, Kevin Low with the Missouri Basin River Forecast Center, says mountain snowpack is on track..
Low says they have an early run off forecast….
Low says there will probably be some tributary flooding this spring….
The first flood forecast of the season will be released later this month.
