Internal memos released by the House Oversight and Government Reform committee reveal that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers believe the Waters of the U.S. rule will not hold up in court. The Corps says the Environmental Protection Agency misinterpreted the data. National Cattlemen Beef Association President, Philip Ellis says the Corps is agreeing with the NCBA.

Ellis says the EPA and the Corps need to throw out the WOTUS rule and start over again.

Ellis advises cattlemen to stay engaged on the issue and weigh in with their elected officials about the issue.
