The overall trend of cooler and wetter than normal weather looks like it will continue for the next few months, with some periods of hot and dry mixed in.
Brian Fuchs, a climatologist at the National Drought Mitigation Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, moderated the monthly regional climate outlook session.
He says the rest of July looks to be on the warm side…
