Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar is circulating a resolution calling for the impeachment of EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy. Gosar alleges McCarthy committed perjury several times while testifying to Congress this year on the Waters of the U.S. Rule. South Dakota Cattlemen’s Association President Todd Wilkinson is skeptical of such a measure passing and even if it did it wouldn’t eliminate the WOTUS rule.

Nebraska Farm Bureau National Affairs Coordinator Jordan Dux says his group has not taken an official position on the resolution but still has problems with the agencies actions on several issues including WOTUS.

He doesn’t think the EPA officials have acted properly on many regulations effecting agriculture.

Dux says his group will continue to fight the EPA on WOTUS in both Congress and the courts.
