Congress Working Toward Another Continuing Resolution

While Congress is back in session in Washington, they won’t be there long.
Most members are eyeing an end of the month wrap up and then head out on the campaign trail.
Funding for the federal government runs out at the end of the month too.
South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says it looks like they will pass another continuing resolution to keep the lights on……

Noem says democrats are pushing for a longer resolution, into next year…..

Noem says there are areas that are falling short under the current system…..

Noem says she does not want to see the use of continuing resolutions become “business as usual.”
