It appears Congress will attempt only a limited agenda before adjourning and scattering for the election run.
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says one bill that will be debated in the Water Resources Development Act………..

The bill would spend almost eleven billion dollars on water infrastructure across the country.
Rounds says there have been some objections….

Rounds says they hope to move the bill fairly soon…..

There is some question if the House will take it up before the end of the current session.
