Both the House and Senate have passed resolutions of disapproval of the EPA and Army Corps of Engineer’s Waters of the U.S rule.  South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem says Congress passed the resolutions due to their concern over the EPA’s expansion of powers under WOTUS.

Noem says it’s important Congress act to try and stop WOTUS if the EPA doesn’t withdraw the rule.

Noem expects the President to veto the resolution and says it’ll be up to the courts to stop the EPA from moving ahead with WOTUS.
