Congressional talks over the next round of economic stimulus broke down over unemployment payments.
Senate republicans balked at continuing the six hundred dollar per week federal payments.

Under current rules, if a worker is recalled to their job and refuses, they lose their unemployment benefits. South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds says its not that simple……
