Conferences Focus On Football

With the football season around the corner, the Missouri Valley Football Conference and the Great Plains Athletic Conference will hold media days this week.

The Valley coaches will visit with the media through a conference call Monday. The league will also announce its pre-season poll Monday and pre-season all league teams later in the week.

The 19th annual Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) Preseason Football Media Day will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in South Sioux City, Nebraska, at the Delta Hotels South Sioux City Riverfront Conference Center.

Starting at 11:00 a.m. the GPAC football coaches will address the media with their 2018 outlook, followed by a question and answer period for each coach. The event will conclude with the release of the 2018 GPAC football preseason coaches’ and media polls.
